Possessing a skilled workforce proficient in advanced welding techniques such as MIG/MAG, TIG, CO2, FRONIUS, and Laser welding, we ensure meeting all welding quality requirements for various materials, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and alloys, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 40 mm. 
AUTOMATED WELDING
Utilizing welding robots with a reach of up to 2,000 mm, capable of processing various profiles with weld tolerances as accuracy as ±0.03 mm. Additionally, beam welding technology supports submerged arc welding, crawler welding, and intelligent gantry welding, achieving up to 1,500 mm/min speeds.
WELD JOINTS
Ensuring precise and secure processing of components with a variety of joint types, including butt joints, lap joints, tee joints, corner joints, and edge joints.
WELDING POSITIONS
Capable of accommodating various welding positions (flat position, horizontal position, vertical position, and overhead welding position), selecting suitable welding materials meeting welding techniques ranging from basic to the most complex, such as 1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and 6G.
